“My fridge quit over the weekend. I tried some basic things to get it cooling again, but couldn't get it working. I called Pruitt at 8:30 on Monday morning, and by 10:30 someone was at my house. I appreciated that they gave me a call when they were on their way so I could meet them without having to sit around and wait.
